At Samaksh Candles, we carefully pack every order to ensure your candles reach you safely and in good condition.

Shipping Charges

Standard delivery charge is ₹80 for orders below ₹1,500.

Orders of ₹1,500 or above qualify for FREE delivery.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. As our products are handmade, customized or bulk orders may require additional processing time.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time may vary depending on the delivery location, courier service availability, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Where tracking details are available, they will be shared with the customer after the order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

Customers are requested to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, phone number, city, state and PIN code while placing an order. Samaksh Candles will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

Damaged Package

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with your Order Number and clear photographs of the product and packaging so we can review the issue.
