Products & Handmade Nature

Our candles are handcrafted. Slight variations in colour, fragrance, texture, shape, or finish may occur and are a natural part of handmade products.

Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed after successful payment. Product prices and availability may change without prior notice. Customized or personalized orders may require additional confirmation before processing.

Shipping & Delivery

A standard delivery charge of ₹80 applies to orders below ₹1,500. Orders of ₹1,500 or above qualify for free delivery. Delivery time may vary depending on location, courier availability, and order type.

Customized Orders

Customized candles for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, corporate gifting, return gifts, and other occasions are made according to the details approved by the customer. Once production of a customized order has started, cancellation or modification may not be possible.

Returns, Damage & Refunds

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order details and clear photographs of the product and packaging. Eligibility for replacement or refund will be reviewed based on the circumstances. Customized/personalized products are generally not eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect.

Candle Safety

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from children, pets, curtains, and flammable materials. Customers are responsible for following appropriate candle-use and safety instructions.
